We are BACK and we are coming with high energy and good vibes to make an impact!!! Are you ready???
This Months Theme is: " My Idenity as a woman of colour"
Several Seats Coffee Conversation is a safe space made specifically for women from ethnic minority backgrounds to be Inspired, Empowered and Educated about Mental Health.
Our Coffee Mornings are a wonderful way to build a support network with other women, mothers and daughters through peer to peer supports and learning.Â
Connect while enjoying a cultural breakfast, fresh drinks and a much needed conversations about building positive mental health and wellness. Free refreshments will be offered to all who attend alongside some goodie bags for you to take home with extra special gifts.Â
This session we will be joined once again by Therapist Mathra Burling who is a qualified counsellor and health and wellbeing life coach.Â
We will also be joined by Jennifer from the MacMillian Cancer Research Luton team who will be sharing some important information about the work that the organisation is doing and how to get involved.
