Several Seats have patterned up with Total Wellbeing Luton to deliver weekly Mindful sessions directly on zoom.

Incorporating mindfulness based practice in to day to day life has many benefits for both our emotional health and physical health. The current pandemic may have contributed to increased stress levels which can make you feel less able to cope.

This workshop will discuss what mindfulness is and how it can be applied to help manage difficult emotional experiences
