MINDEFULNESS

 Mindfulness at Several Seats is all about Paying more attention to the present moment – to your own thoughts and feelings, and to the world around you – can improve your mental wellbeing.

​

Mindfulness is a practice that teaches you how to focus your attention on the present moment. Rushing your thoughts into the future or dwelling in the past can make you feel anxious and keep your stress on a high level. This webinar will introduce the techniques that will help you stay connected to the present moment.

​

Meditation is slightly different as it is a process of training your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts. It can be used as a mindfulness practice by increasing the awareness of your surroundings and yourself.

 

At Several Seats we provide our women with the opportunity to take part in mindfulness sessions online or join us for our in person mindful coffee conversations

MINDFULNESS COFFEE CONVERSATIONS

​

Our Coffee Mornings are a wonderful way to engage in mindfulness, build community and start important conversations. A coffee morning with a cultural breakfast twist.

​

Our session takes place at Chaul End Community Centre, Luton and facilitated by our trained Therapist Martha Burling.
